Returns & Refund Policy
The following policies apply for T-Series LED TV’S:
- We only accept returns if the item shipped directly by T-Series to you are defective or damaged.
- The Product Led Tv, items returned must be in new condition, unused with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebies supplied.
- In case of damaged or defective product:
- Customer is required to raise the concern within 24 hours from date of delivery to our Customer Care Center at 18005320266 or email to customercareced@tseries.net for next steps.
- T-Series will arrange engineer visit after receiving the complaint and will provide resolution accordingly.
- T-Series will send you a new replacement unit subject to approval as per warranty norm’s as soon as we receive the return package.
- T-Series is in no way responsible for any damage/fault if Product was opened or installed through any unauthorized person.
- In case of issues during the warranty period, contact our Service centre.
- We do not offer any cash refunds.
